Okay I am not the one to tell you how to move wordpress to a new domain because I am not the one who physically did it. You can head over to WebDev and see some simple steps on how to do it.

It is apparently a lot more complicated than saying “Ok so can you fix it for me?” and then going to sleep and waking up the next day and finding it done. Whew! I am glad I did not have to do all the work, and I am pleased with the results.
