My husband dropped off 2 prescriptions on Saturday,October 31, to be picked up later in the day.
I went to the pharmacy to pick them up, their were probably 6 people in line and the Customer service person was on break. The manager came back to help along with someone else. The manager couldn't find the prescriptions, call me to the other end of the counter. The pharmancist was talking to the manager, then he called me back to other end. (said he was sorry) I asked the
manager about your $25.00 gift card for a new prescription or transferred prescription. The manager asked me if I had a coupon, then said he didn't know about what I was talking. I said if you have a new prescription or a transferred prescription you are given a $25 gift card. The manager then said it only on a transferred prescription. Then then the person behind me said she thought it was only on a new prescription. ( this person works at this CVS also) but thought CVS wasn't doing it any more. Does any one at the Terryville Pharmacy know any of the promotions, what the rules are when things aren't in effect any more. I would think a manager of a store should know what is going on if not how can his employees follow the rules. The whole store had employee dress for Halloween and running around like they didn't know what was going on. I was so frustrated that I said I would go on line at that point, due to the people back up behind me.
I would like to know if the $25.00 gift card expired on October 31,2009. I would also like to know if it was on a new prescription or a transferred prescription. I know that a coupon wasn't not needed,
as I have other prescription filled which wasn't a new one or a transferred.

Sincerely,
