		<description>Get to the grand central where the &#039;Call Me&#039; button is to activate the account.  Since you&#039;re on dial up, you&#039;ll need to click the button and then immediately disconnect your internet.  (It may be faster to just pull out the phone cord).  If you&#039;re quick enough, you&#039;ll get the call and enter the code to activate your account.  After that, just hang up and reconnect to the internet.

Your only other option would be to call someone who has internet access and have them log in as you from their computer - then have them click the button to make the call.</description>
