One of the funniest posts I have read in a long time.

I signed up for your webhosting package a few months ago but I have lost my password.
How do I reset my password?

This has never happened to me, but it cracked me up when i read the entire article. I had to take a few breaks before I could get to the end. Great fun (to read about…..not to actually experience).
