Top Commentator…or is it Commentor

I just installed the plugin to let you see the people who comment the most on the blog. It is called the top commentator but I think it should be called top commentor. People are commenting …not commentating.
I love the plugin but the ‘englishness’ of it bothers me. I know, I know……I am grateful for it….but that is one of my pet peeves. I am thinking that commentator sounds like ‘conversate’ which we all KNOW is soooooooooooo wrong….although it is so widely accepted right now.
Right now you can view the top speakers/commentators/commentors in the left sidebar under the archives.
Jagular tops the list so far with more than double the number of comments that the second person has. Way to go Jag.

I say “commenter”, but sometimes I spell it “commentor”, which is wrong.
Glad you installed it! Next up is the “Subscribe to Comments” plugin.

Funny thing is the idea for this plug in came from my site, which I stole from Clever Dude. lol

I had the same problems when I first installed mine, I kept calling it top commentor hehh
The beauty of having your own blog and being able to edit is that I can call it what I want….I will change it soon….let’s see who catches the change.
