		<description>Now you are making me sad again Enough Wealth with that comment about the low balance people (like me) costing ING. If THAT is the problem then they should have stated that you must have a minimum balance and set it to where they would not be losing money instead.

		<description>People have to realise that actions like this one by ING are meant to eliminate low value customers, not to solve to particular problem being cited as an excuse for closing the account.

While it makes perfect sense to make the overdraft limit $1 for customers with bad credit scores, that presumes that ING only wanted to avoid getting stuck with bad debts from these customers. The real reason for closing these customers accounts if that these customers don&#039;t make any money for ING - in fact a customer with a small account balance COSTS money to retain.</description>
