Monthly update: July 2007
I know this is late but I did explain that I was out of town for most of the month and as a result I was not able to access my financial information. In any case I am back now and here is my monthly update as it relates to my finances in July.
This month I was able to see a positive cash flow. I cannot remember the last time I saw a positive cash flow here so that made me very excited until I remember that it was not because of my own efforts. I was not working for the month so I received a generous helping hand from my Honey so that accounted for most of the positive cash flow.
Although I was trying my very hardest to not pay too much in interest and fees for the month on the credit cards I did end up spending a total of $98.59 in credit card fees and interest.
Now before you all go shaking your fingers at me in disapproval some of the fees were for balance transfer processing to lower interest cards. The rest of it was the interest on ALL the cards put together.
I only spent $29.21 on food so I was way under budget for the month. I made over $50 from my online money making ventures like DealBarbie and PayPerPost so that was a sweet little bit of income for me despite not working for the whole month.
