I have had direct experience with them and they are terrible, their customer service is bad and my account rep was always talking down to me as if I am her kid.
Do not waste your money with them.

Okay, I will check them out. LuluGal, do you have direct experience with them? In this sort of industry, there are a number of less-desirable firms, and I was wondering if these folks are solid or not.
