Tracking My Finances in October: Day 27
Welcome to How I Save Money and tracking of income and expenses for the month.
Income for the month to date: $302.42
Expenses for the month to date: $2557.86
Net effect: -$2255.44
We get paid on Friday so I am eagerly looking forward to this date. So far I am just barely under the budget this month and I have no idea what happened.
I guess I made some extra payments and spent all of the fun money so I am quite close to zero.
Next month should go better since I implemented my zero based budget and my electricity bill is going to be much lower.
I will see you guys and gals later as I continue my journey to save money and become debt free!!!!

Thanks for sharing all your great tips! I’ve been couponing/bargain shopping for years, but never budgeted – I started in October and it is SCARY! At least November is right around the corner! Thanks so much! You motivated me!
