I’m getting my own place!

Before you guys and gals break out the tips on how to save money on moving expenses I need to clarify. I will be moving this blog to to a new domain name. I will be staying here in my current apartment for a little bit longer (actually I will be moving in the Fall if I get a job in another school district…but that is a different story.)

I just bought my very own domain name (well Honey actually paid for it…but that too is another story) and I will be starting the process of getting this blog moved over to the new site.

Moving domains, like moving apartments, is a bit of a hassle. I will be losing my technorati ranking and all of the other good stuff that I have right now from having this blog on the current domain for the last 6 months. This means I will be basically starting things from scratch to get my ratings back up again.

But since I absolutely LOVE the new domain name I do not foresee having to move domains again so I think that once I get settled I will be fine.

All I ask of you my dear readers, commentors/commentators, friends and even sporadic visitors is that you update your links with the new information which will be available in just a couple of days. I will add it to the bottom of this post retroactively and then I will have the information available for all my regulars.

I am soooooooooooooo excited about this new phase….even though I will need all the help I can get with the move. Wish me luck!
