Fixing Bad Credit Scores
I recently looked at my credit score and saw that it had gone up due to a few factors. These were mainly items like me not adding to my debt load and paying my bills on time all the time. I know there are a lot of people out there who have a bad credit score and they are always searching for ways to Fix Bad Credit Score so that they can have a better life.
If you have bad credit there are really some steps you need to take to make sure that you get back on track. Here are some of the things to keep in mind when you are trying to restore your good credit rating.
* Know Your Score
* Pay Those Bills
* Check Credit Limits
* Keep Old Cards
* Change Spending Habits
The first step is to know your score. You can order your credit report from the bureaus yourself so that you know where you are and what you need to get to. The second part is to keep paying your bills. Even if you can only pay the minimum that is better than not paying at all.
You also need to keep an eye on the credit limits you have so that you do not go over. If you are too close to the limit on your cards, this sends up a red flag and also lowers your score.
The older your credit history, the better, so keep those old cards open.
You can’t get out of debt if you don’t change your mindset. Make a deal with yourself not to add to the debt burden and you will be on the path to recovery.

Sympathize with your situation. My gf accumulated an amazingly large amount of debt which gave me a heart attack when she told me.
She’s okay now, but the best thing she did, despite amassing so much debt, was pay her cards on time. Her credit was never impaired as a result, though her debt was dangerously high!

The annual credit score websites will provide you with a truly free credit report as well. A lot of the other ones don’t truly give you a free score/report.
When it comes to credit scores lot of ups and downs will be there.Actually based on what they are calculating the score i don’t know.
