Green beans are NOT for me
Ok most of you guys and gals already know that I am a fussy eater. Here’s something that you may not already know
I do NOT eat green beans.
No way, no how!
I really hate green beans. I will eat every other kind of pea or bean that I can find but NOT those pesky green beans.
Here is a photo of my dinner plate one night BEFORE I started to eat.
Something about the meal bothered me so I had to work on the plate a little bit before I could eat. After I edited the plate a little bit I came up with this.
See all the green beans off to one side? Well they ended up in the trash and I sat down to enjoy my meal.
I stopped eating green beans when I was young because one day I was shelling the beans for my mother to cook and I found a caterpillar inside of one of the pods. That experience really traumatized me and I stopped eating green beans then. I will eat every other kind of pea or bean but I must remove the green beans from my meals.
How is this related to me saving money? Well it actually does not contribute to me saving money because I end up throwing the beans away which is throwing away money but I really cannot tolerate the thought of eating those caterpillar filled beans.
