This postÂ is not personal finance related. I just wanted to share my lunch with you guys and gals because it is SO yummy.
Today I made:
curried shrimp with green peppers
rice with broccoli (delicious!!)
and added in some baked beans (because it would take too long to cook regular beans and the shrimp smells fabulous)
I know it looks like a small amount of food on the plate but I don’t eat a big meal at one sitting. I like to eat small meals all through the day so yes I have my tiny meal portion here.
You can ‘t really see the curry this time but I promise you there is a lot of curry in the shrimp.
